People Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Art Blocks is a start-up technology company focused on NFT generative art. The People Operations Coordinator will support our team and culture-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and great at using shared workflow tools and systems. This position necessitates having a passion for customer service, cultivating relationships with candidates and colleagues, and a strong interest in the intersection of art and technology.
Recruiting Responsibilities
- Detailed project management of recruiting multiple open positions at once
- Manage and optimize use of our applicant tracking system (Lever)Â
- Establish candidate sourcing channels relevant to the roles and functions
- Develop and post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Conduct the initial resume screens for all open positions across the company
- Own communication and schedule interviews with candidates throughout their interview cycle
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process
- Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
People & Operations Responsibilities
- Support all internal team and culture initiatives, as needed
- Help organize and facilitate internal communications across channels, including team presentations, internal Wiki, and employee newslettersÂ
- Help plan and execute team events (IRL and virtual)
- Cultivate strong rapport with all colleagues to keep a pulse on the teamâs morale
- Help optimize and leverage use of all systems supporting our efficient and productive workflows
Qualifications
- Strong interest in technology and a basic understanding of technology roles and responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, Asana, Notion, HRIS and ATS systems
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proactive and able to work independently
