Responsibilities:
– Work closely with other business units to understand their priorities and collaborate with them on actions to improve market performance.
– Cross-functional collaboration across different teams and geographies, handling cross-department issues.
– Analyse raw data, evaluate and synthesize trends from a variety of data sources, deploy market research studies to track market share, brand awareness and so on, translate data into insights, output business analysis reports to achieve higher market impact.
– Full responsibility for the organization of department meetings, including agenda, documenting decisions, writing and circulating minutes, follow-up system. (written both in Chinese & English).
Requirements:
– Data-driven, high data sensitivity, able to analyse data and provide solutions from the perspective of business optimisation;
– Proficient in using Excel, basic knowledge of SQL;
– Fluency in English and Chinese, both spoken & written;
– Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency industry, output research report independently;
– Bachelor degree or above, majored in STEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), business administration or related is preferred;
– basic knowledge of digital marketing/ paid ads is preferred;
– Good collaborative awareness and communication skills, target-oriented, self-learning and self-driven.
