Marketing and Branding Manager
Job Description
Gritti is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Branding Manager to help lead our marketing efforts in the exciting and rapidly evolving field of social fitness dapp. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for our products and services, building and managing our brand, and driving growth through creative and innovative campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of Gritti’s brand bible
- Assist in the development and implementation of the overall marketing/PR strategy and campaigns for Gritti to increase brand awareness and exposure through various channels including traditional media and social media
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that includes strategies for social media, AMAs, events and collaborations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, target audiences, and competitor activities
- Develop and maintain a strong brand narrative and brand identity.
- Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including articles, social media content
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Work closely with team to ensure alignment and collaboration on campaigns and initiatives
- Build and manage the company’s brand and reputation, ensuring it aligns with the company’s vision and values.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product roadmap and launches.
- Identify and prioritize target audiences and create campaigns to reach them.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting goals and performance metrics, and ensuring that team members are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Analyze marketing performance data and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and Chinese
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or related fields, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.
- Good understanding of web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency concepts.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, building and managing brands, and driving growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
