What you’ll do

The Project Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the operations of Infura’s Project Management Organization. In this position, you will:

• Assist our Project Managers in facilitating the sustainable and scalable delivery of value to our customers from project inception to final deployment.
• Ensure the integrity of project management artifacts and documentation in software tooling such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Participate in the processing and routing of externally reported work requests and bugs on our team triaging system.
• Keep current on relevant Agile / Project Management techniques to further your professional development and help our partners do awesome work.

This role is a key player in maintaining the consistency of the processes and tooling of the PMO.

Would be great if you brought this to the role

You are ideally suited for the Project Coordinator role if you have 1-2 years of experience in project management with a foundational understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum. Familiarity with Atlassian Jira or similar project management systems and experience with work planning and timeline projection for projects is strongly preferred.

If you are a Certified Scrum ScrumMaster, are familiar with blockchain products, and are eager to learn more about the industry, you’ll score some major bonus points!
