We’re bootstrapping a brand new SEO team of which you’ll be the first member. Using your deep understanding of how search engines and web crawlers work, you’ll be able to surface our work to the world and improve accessibility to our technology.

Who you are?

    • 5+ years of experience (agency or in-house) with a proven track record of delivering world-class, global SEO results
    • Crypto curious, wants to be part of the web3 revolution
    • Enjoys and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Pragmatic, results-oriented and strong sense of ownership of projects
    • Have global SEO experience, not just single-country experience
    • Mastery of various marketing attribution tools and systems. Ex. Botify (or similar), Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, etc
    • An analytical and strategic thinker. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo

Technical SEO Analysis & Insights

    • Showing a deep understanding of how search engines and web crawlers work. An ability to translate this into actionable SEO recommendations.
    • Understanding HTTP status codes, redirects and site issues.
    • Solving complex indexation and crawlability issues, giving recommendations to improve SEO performance.
    • Strong understanding of mobile SEO and its key factors.
    • Giving detailed site architecture and URL structure recommendations using appropriate tools and techniques.
    • Recommend best practice on-page SEO improvements – markup, header tags, titles, cross-links etc.
    • Knowledge or experience of working with a CMS (WordPress, Contentful, etc.)

International SEO

    • Experience working on international SEO campaigns or planning them.
    • Strong understanding of international SEO and key ranking factors: TLDs / URL structure / hreflang etc
    • Experience utilizing keyword research tools to understand target markets.

Reporting and measurement

    • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Develop ways to track and monitor search performance in multiple search engines and regions.
    • Defining key metrics that drive SEO performance and translating these into meaningful objectives for the team
    • Displaying a strong understanding of ROI for SEO campaigns. Prioritizing quick wins where possible.
