In this role, you’ll be expected to:

    • Create an outbound sales strategy with us – reaching out to recruiting divisions from amazing growth tech start-ups that are changing the world!
    • Test and learn the best outreach channels (email, phone, and social) and tools to reach decision-makers at those companies
    • Generate and negotiate deals with those decision-makers

What your day-to-day will look like in this role:

    • Cold and warm outreach to recruiting divisions to fast tech start-ups in the US
    • Create and nurture your pipeline in Salesforce and our own dashboard
    • Generate offers and negotiates conditions according to our guidelines
    • Help to define, coordinate and execute global and regional sales campaign

What you bring:

    • At least 2 years experience in SaaS sales is required
    • Inbound/Outbound experience essential
    • Clear & effective communicator – English is our primary language of communication (internally and externally)
    • Desire to work in an evolving start-up environment
    • Strength in navigating and comfortably selling to VP & C-Suite executives
