The CRM Manager is dedicated to cultivating and nurturing lasting customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and maximising customer lifetime value.
By leveraging data-driven insights, innovative strategies, and cutting-edge technology, our CRM Manager will champion the customer experience, optimise customer engagement, and contribute significantly to our organisation’s overall success and growth. The CRM Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and personalised customer journey while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in CRM practices.
Join us remotely, you can be located anywhere around the CET time zone, as our work is 100% online. The position is full-time.
What you will be doing:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, as well as maximise customer lifetime value.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation models to deliver targeted, personalised communications and offers to different customer groups.
- Data Analysis: Analyse customer data to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities for improved engagement and report on key CRM performance metrics.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to achieve specific business objectives.
- Marketing Automation: Oversee marketing automation systems’ setup, maintenance, and optimisation to ensure efficient and effective customer communication.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- CRM System Management: Manage the CRM platform, ensuring data quality, system integration, and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Stay abreast of CRM best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance CRM effectiveness and drive innovation.
What you need:
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse customer data, identify trends and patterns, and draw meaningful insights to inform CRM strategies and decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey CRM objectives, initiatives, and results to team members, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage complex CRM projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics software, as well as a basic understanding of data integration, APIs, and data privacy regulations.
- Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviours to develop and implement customer-centric CRM strategies that drive engagement and loyalty.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term CRM strategies, prioritize initiatives, and anticipate future trends to maintain a competitive edge in customer relationship management.
- Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing business conditions, customer expectations, and technological advancements while focusing on CRM goals.
- Creativity: Aptitude for developing innovative and engaging marketing campaigns, personalized content, and communication strategies to effectively reach and resonate with the target audience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage relationships to ensure CRM initiatives are well-aligned with overall business goals.
