
Demand Generation Specialist
Job Description
We’re now looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to help us continue to build and optimize our a multi-channel, full-funnel marketing programs. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Manager of Demand Generation as well as the Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams on creating and launching dynamic campaigns that drive marketing qualified leads and pipeline generation
In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning our one-to-many marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll design and build marketing programs such as emails and digital ad campaigns to educate and attract potential customers while maintaining an experimentation- and data-obsessed mindset that’s constantly monitoring performance KPIs.
Compensation for this role is between $70,000 – $95,000 depending on location and level.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage one-to-many paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn
- Identify and test new paid channels
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with leads and customers
- Collaborate with the Content team to create compelling content for demand generation campaigns
- Optimize landing pages and website conversion rates to maximize lead generation
- Analyze and report on campaigns KPIs like marketing qualified leads, conversion rates, and pipeline created to identify areas for improvement
- In collaboration with the Sr Manager of Demand Gen, identify and work with third-party vendors to execute innovative programs and tactics?”digital, webinars, virtual and in-person events, syndication, sponsorships?”that build interest among our target audience and deliver qualified leads
Skills and Requirements:
- 2+ years of demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management experience
- B2B start-up experience is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and additional paid channels, having managed and tracked progress to achieve business goals is a must
- Experience with chatbots, direct mail/gifting platforms, or other comparable tools are nice-to-have
- Strong analytical skills – you’ll know your way around numbers and are able to make assessments of performance and subsequent recommendations around what you think we should be doing next
- A testing mindset – you’ll be a creative problem solver, always on the lookout for new campaign types and channels to test to reach our target audiences, then learn and improve
- ABM experience a plus
