Digital Marketing Lead
Job Description
We are now looking to expand our marketing team with a newly created Digital Marketing Lead role, taking on responsibility for creating and managing the content and distribution channels, ensuring Sheesha Finance remains visible and relevant across all of our channels and all announcements are made in a correct and timely manner.
Digital Marketing Lead Responsibilities:
- Activities to focus on token awareness and uptake
- Identify community growth opportunities
- Together with our Community Lead, design manual and automated marketing campaigns, develop affiliate, ambassador and partnership programs
- Work alongside our social and design team to manage and create social media campaigns
- Manage influencers campaigns, podcasts and conferences
- Community and awareness growth hacking
- Support the growing investments team with token focused activities around new campaign launches
- Come up with new and innovative campaigns and take ownership of delivering each campaign from start to finish. Campaigns will include but are not limited to, email marketing, influencer outreach, content marketing and paid advertising
- Proactively stay up to date about market trends, opportunities, risks and new projects, with a passion for the cryptocurrency and digital asset industry
Key requirements:
- Confident marketing capabilities (4+ years)
- Ability to build and execute a well-rounded marketing strategy to attract community and token holders
- Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset towards marketing. Familiarity with online and offline marketing avenues such as social media, growth hacking, community management, influencer marketing, interviews, event management and affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of building, activating and retaining an active community
- A creative thinker, able to come up with innovative new ideas and solutions
- Excellent or native English verbal and written communication skills
- Active interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and NFTs
Nice to have:
- Relevant experience within the blockchain sector
- Be a ‘crypto native’ (since at least 2018), participated in several token sales either individually or with teams that issued tokens (successful or otherwise)
