Ecosystem User Success Director

What you will do

• Internal champion for end users on the entire user journey – from acquiring tokens to successfully using dApps on the Gnosis Chain. 
• Identify opportunities and leverage resources to shorten the end-user journey, such as designing products and publishing user-friendly tools.
• Distill and communicate end user feedback to the project/engineering teams to improve user experience. 
• Demonstrate how end users can utilize Gnosis Chain in a variety of ways through training, demos, and strategy sessions.
• Work with the marketing team to design and execute customer engagement and success campaigns.
• Cultivate a satisfying user experience on Gnosis Chain for users of all levels of expertise on the blockchain. 

Who you are

• A champion of user experience and an internal customer advocate that can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, marketing, and engineering. 
• Strong understanding of blockchain infrastructure and L1/ L2 ecosystems.
• Solid experience in a customer/client-facing role such as Technical Product Manager.
• Ability to have technical conversations with users of all levels of sophistication. 
• Problem-solving skills around technical, product, and business questions.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Prior experience at a growth stage Web3 company.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment.
