Invisible helps fast-growing companies scale efficiently by offering them Operations-as-a-Service: a synthesis of automation, human specialization, and strategic consulting.

We start at the goal level, getting deep into our clients’ businesses and the problems that they’re facing. We break down their goals & problems into processes that we can run for them. These processes are broken down into automated and human-run steps. We believe that anything that can be automated, should be automated. But that there will always need to be a human-in-the-loop to run the best operation.

Our team is made up of 75+ strategic team members who own equity in the company (our “Partners”) as well as 1600+ team members who are running our service and core company functions (our “Agents” & “Specialists”).

Who We Want 

A Mini-CEO.

You are an entrepreneurial leader in the sales space that wants to run their vertical as if it was their own business. You will be responsible for your own P/L. Want to hire onto your team? What is the ROI case? Can showcase consistent growth utilizing your playbook, the same playbook you will probably need to rip up a few times, re-write, and rip it up again. This is not a typical sales leadership role. You get all the benefits and resources of Invisible to support you on your quest to build out new or existing verticals, whilst running it like your own start up.

This role speaks to a select few people. This will be challenging, at times even seem insurmountable. However, you will have full charge of your own destiny, you will have the freedom to operate as you please and if successful, reap a lot of the rewards.

Your Areas of Ownership Will Include:

  • Partnership Management – Managing relationships with strategic partners to generate lead flow, leading partner enablement sessions, and leveraging partnership opportunities for brand-building
  • Sourcing Partnerships – Leveraging your network and the collective Invisible network to generate channel partner opportunities to drive leadflow, and ultimately, revenue. 
  • Business Development – Leveraging your network and the collective Invisible network to get intros to executives at key startup and enterprise accounts.


Traits to be Successful in this Role: 

  • Revenue Leader – You have been a revenue leader who’s launched partnerships with large enterprises or fast-growing startups 
  • Industry Expert – You live and breathe your vertical, Financial Services, Healthcare, AI, Insurance, Retail. You have a sophisticated business acumen and understanding of underlying drivers and strategy of our customer’s businesses within that vertical.
  • Organized – Personally organized. Follows the GTD method or something like it, and therefore stays well aware of all to-dos and events – from biz dev to internal. Focuses on key priorities.
  • Collaborative – Reaches out to peers and cooperates with leaders across the company to achieve their goals and overall company goals. 
  • Bias for Action –  Creates clarity where there is none. Defaults to action, toggling between strategy and tactics as needed. Is a go-getter. 
  • Entrepreneurial DNA –  Is able to drive towards goals autonomously. Looks for 10x moonshots while keeping their eye on the ball on the things that need to be done on the day-to-day to achieve short-term goals. You have built an entire business function from the ground up. 
  • Strong Synthesizer – Is able to communicate insights and trends to senior management. Is able to collate a large amount of disparate information and communicate it succinctly. Able to guide technical conversations and persuading others to take action based on requirements and value provided by solutions


Working Times:

US (EDT or PDT) Hours


Compensation & Reporting:

$300k OTE ($150k Base + $150k Bonus) + Uncapped Commission + Equity 

 You will report directly to the CEO. Additional opportunities to earn more equity through promotions and through redistribution of re-acquired shares via buybacks
