We are looking for a deadline-focused HR Executive to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill open positions. Can work on policies and procedures for smooth functioning. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Create job descriptions and post them.
- Check out several job sites like LinkedIn, Instahyre, Naukri, etc. to find possible prospects.
- Pre-screening calls should be made to assess the skills of applicants.
- To find new talent, collaborate with recruiting firms and headhunters.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to determine upcoming job vacancies and their technical specifications.
- Setting up interviews via the phone, on video, or in person.
- Offering job positions and completing the necessary documentation.
- Keeping track of all applicants and informing them of the application procedure.
- Review procedures and policies to ensure compliance
- Be familiar with handling grievances
- Can handle employees engagement activities
- Expertise in operations and administration
- Able to respond to candidates’ questions about pay and perks
- A bachelor’s of Human Resources Degree.
- 1-3 years or more of relevant experience in a full-time work environment
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
- Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
- Best English Speaking and Writing skills.
- Good Interpersonal and decision-making skills
- Should be comfortable with Zoom, Slack, Keka, FreshTeam, 1 password
