Employment law assistance and compliance

You will also work closely with the customer success team to provide daily advice on PEO law, employment laws in general and regulations in order to answer clients’ queries. You will draft and review PEO commercial agreements, employment agreements, employee handbooks and any other document in order to be compliant with local employment laws. In addition, you will provide counsel to local management and the Human Resources team on a broad range of employment issues including: recruiting; hiring; employee relations; discipline and terminations; working time compliance (including shift working, overtime), internal investigations; leaves of absence; discrimination and harassment issues; contingent worker issues; compensation, benefits, bonus and equity awards; employment litigation; negotiated exits and settlements.

In-House and Business Development

You will contribute to developing and implementing the PEO structure in the US – Company’s business processes for efficient and streamlined operations surrounding contract negotiation and processes. You will negotiate our commercial agreements with clients, vendors and suppliers. You will also help develop and maintain training materials, playbooks and guidelines.


  • 3+ years’ experience (in-house experience is not essential), with a strong background in a PEO company and any related law matter.
  • You will be proactive, autonomous, resilient, adaptable, eager to continually learn and develop professionally.
  • You will be able to meet tight deadlines.
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt yourself to a fast-growing environment
  • Ability to learn and help on matters which are out of your area of expertise
  • You are fluent in English (other European or Asian languages are a plus).
  • Your CV must be submitted in English
