PM for Partnerships and Integrations

We are looking for a PM for Partnerships and Integrations who will enable and unlock partnerships and integrations at Neon. You will drive growth and development with technology partners to achieve Neon’s aspirations and business goals.

You will have an opportunity to develop your role in several directions while running interesting and challenging projects in a fast-growing company.

You will

  • Own relationships with Neon’s technology partners
  • Discover, evaluate and classify potential and existing partnership and integration opportunities, highlight associated outcomes, challenges and risks
  • Position and articulate the value proposition of Neon to potential and existing partners
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain technological partnerships together
  • Provide proactive, clear input to the project teams on concepts, project plans tech requirements and deliverables
  • Work closely with the Head of Product on prioritization and strategic planning
  • Design and implement technical requirements around partnerships/integrations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with tech writers, product, engineering, and growth teams
  • Consistently track and measure the effectiveness of strategic partner initiatives
  • Communicate the overall status of the technological initiatives to internal stakeholders
  • Track and inform the team about trends, new products, and features in modern developer tools

You are 

  • A senior-level individual contributor who is ready to end-to-end ownership of Neon’s partnerships and integrations
  • A professional with 2+ years of work experience in engineering or product, whether in a program/project management, devrel, or technical lead roles
  • You have practical familiarity with the ecosystem of modern devs tools
  • You have some technical aptitude:
    • Worked with Oath
    • Familiar with API, HTTP calls and can replicate them
    • Worked closely with engineers
    • Understand software development life cycles
  • You can understand and analyze technical designs, documentation
  • You are familiar with relational databases, and the typical developer and operational workflows around them
  • You are a great communicator who navigates across and enables multiple stakeholders
  • You can handle multiple priorities. Feel comfortable a fast-paced environment
  • You are passionate about modern open source dev tools

It’s a bonus if 

  • You’ve been on the journey of scaling a product from zero to one
  • You’ve debugged issues in the integrations you enabled

About Neon

Neon is building open-source cloud-native PostgreSQL. Our architecture separates storage from compute, allowing for stateless and serverless Postgres. We’re a well funded startup with deep knowledge of Postgres internals and decades of experience building databases. We are a systems company; we work on low-level code with strict performance and correctness requirements.

Neon was created by a team of Postgres hackers, and led by CEO Nikita Shamgunov (co-founder of SingleStore). Neon is built on open-source principles and is focused on giving back to the Postgres and developer communities.
