Senior Product Manager – Integrations
Job Description
As Senior Product Manager for Phrase TMS integrations, you will be a part of an autonomous product team that consists of developers, QA testers, and UX design. Integrations lie at the heart of what we do at Phrase. They are one of the foundations which drive the value of our product suite and allow our customers to solve end-to-end localization problems.
As our Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will be responsible for ensuring that we will stay ahead by building, maintaining and updating the right integrations that align with our product vision and that unlock most value to our customers and partners. You will be working closely with the team to implement new integrations with 3rd party systems that are relevant to our market (i.e. CMS, Marketing Automation Tools, etc). as well as maintain and improve our existing integrations. The aim is to make sure that our integrations remain a competitive advantage of Phrase TMS. You will also need to think through how these integrations benefit and interact with our workflow orchestration solution- so you will work closely with this team. You will be able to review and update our integrations strategy, identify areas that open up new opportunities and markets for the company. You will take a holistic approach to product management from discovery to delivery and work closely with enterprise customers and our developer department in order to create robust integrations with the 3rd party systems.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the strategy, roadmap and execution of our integrations with 3rd party systems
- Validating market opportunities in close collaboration with our market facing teams
- Working closely with our enterprise customers to understand their use cases and pain-points
- Collaborating with our engineering and design teams to ensure the integration features align with our product vision and are implemented best in class
- Analyzing data and feedback to improve our integrations over time to drive business growth
- Staying up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure we stay ahead
- Working closely with Marketing to promote the solutions externally, and internally
- Working with the Head of Partnerships on listing our integrations on their marketplaces
- Working with the documentation team to keep the Help Center up to date and writing release notes for our bi-weekly releases
- Coordinating resolution of customer escalations and critical production bugs
What you need:
- At least 5 years of previous experience as an Agile Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager
- Previous experience in driving integrations strategy with demonstrated ARR impact
- Experience of building and maintaining a portfolio of integrations, especially for large B2B customers (enterprise)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders, internally, across the organization and within our customers
- Excellent English skills
- Technical skills, knowledge of SQL and REST API is a plus
- University degree
- Positive energy and attitude
