Talent Acquisition Lead – Revenue
Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Lead Revenue, you will be directly responsible for overseeing recruiting planning and strategy as well as for full lifecycle recruiting on critical openings for our Revenue departments in NAM. The position entails working at a strategic level with senior management to best align the recruitment needs of the function or location, build and then execute on those plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers and your Senior TA Manager to understand workforce plans for your assigned business function. Drive and execute on those plans while understanding drivers, roadblock and contingencies in meeting hiring plans.
- Be the primary point of contact for the business managers on day-to-day recruitment activity and recruitment escalations
- Work with our Revenue departments to understand their recruitment needs; formulate recruitment plans, ensuring effective job descriptions, best methods of attracting candidates & improving the experience for candidates and managers
- Drive initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team, e.g. employee referral programs
- Advise/coach line managers on recruitment policies & procedures; best practice; selection processes, competency frameworks & interview and selection practices
- Sourcing candidates directly via headhunting, postings, referrals and search
- Conduct candidate interviews and screens.
- Coordinate CV, interview & offer feedback to line managers and candidates
- Research innovative recruitment strategies and develop creative solutions to generate high quality candidate pipeline
- Provide business specific management information on request, both quantitative and qualitative
- Maintain data hygiene within out ATS
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to raise the benchmark of talent entering Deel
Key Skills
- 5+ years of in-house recruitment experience
- Domain recruiting experience ideally for a startup or high tech company
- Experience in leading a team
- Creative thinker that can also be the tactical implementer of new programs
- Ability to handle ambiguity and a fast paced environment
- Highly accountable with a “can do” attitude
- Proficient at developing strong relationships with business leaders
