Linksys is a dynamic and innovative technology company that’s leading the charge in developing innovative networking solutions for homes and businesses worldwide. We’re looking for a Business and Sales Operations Manager – Global to join our team and help drive sales growth.

Are you a master at balancing multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the big picture? Do you have a passion for technology and a talent for commercially driving sales growth? Then you might just be the Operations Manager that Linksys needs! In this role you will oversee and coach the sales operations activities, namely forecasting, financial modeling, pipeline management, and more. In addition, your proven ability to build internal and external relationships is paramount as this role extends itself in closely supporting the Vice President of Global Sales.


Be the driving force behind our sales operations, consolidating and where required managing processes such as sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales reporting, sales analytics, and data management for C-Suite cascade or review.

Build and implement sales processes, policies, and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency. Lead by commercial example on what is needed to maintain sales performance while ensuring for growth.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and deliver business results.

Analyze sales performance regularly and develop performance metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and report business and sales performance updates regularly to the Vice President of Global Sales and key stakeholders alike.

Attend and actively participate in S&OP’s, business and month end reviews and any other critical business meeting which drive sales.

Oversee by championing the sales planning process, setting ambitious targets, developing winning strategies, and tracking progress against goals.

Be prepared to step in at short notice to mitigate potential risks in supply chain or customer meetings (not an exhaustive list) maintaining continuity of the sales operation.

Build positive relationships with key collaborators, including customers, partners, and internal teams.


Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the technology industry.

In-depth knowledge of sales processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, sales reporting, sales analytics, and data management.

Proven experience in supporting a global sales operation.

Experience in collaborating with C-Suite members.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to encourage and develop teams.

Superb communication and social skills, with the ability to establish relationships and influence partners at all levels.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Ability to undergo travel as required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite or other CRM tools.
