Product Manager

Voldex is seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee multiple live games in our catalogue. Product Managers at Voldex seek input and gain buy-in from other cross-discipline departments but ultimately make the decisions that drive the success of our products. To excel in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of live games and player behavior. 

What You’ll do:

• Effectively be a people manager of Producer(s), a Game Designer, a Community Manager, and a Support Representative
• Make educated decisions for your games, based on analytics/team feedback/player feedback/intuition
• Set KPI goals for features
• Conduct regular reports on product health (KPIs)
• Own the backlog (grooming and prioritization)
• Own the product roadmap, which includes feature releases, bug fixes, and events
• Own GDDs and work together with game design, producers and developers to ensure appropriate content is captured.
• Ensure all feature information is available to developers before implementation starts
• Make sure team is aligned on features before their development starts
• Collaborate with Marketing Team
• Collaborate with Data Team.
• Make requests for dashboards or data pulls to inform your decisions
• Make sure updates are of high quality
• Balance game health and QA of features
• Work with team to create feature estimations
• Accountable for performance of the game and of your reports
• Work with data analyst to configure features

What You Bring to the Team:

• Prior Product Management experience with live service games
• Prior people management experience–this role will manage a producer and game designer
• Ability to make decisions based on game data, player feedback, team input, and your own instincts

Bonus Points for:

• Strong technical proficiency with business analysis and presentation tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner or similar product-focused certification
