VP of Institutional Sales
Job Description
Qredo is a decentralized digital asset management infrastructure and product suite designed to unlock new opportunities for institutional investors in digital assets and decentralized finance. Qredo’s Layer 2 blockchain protocol enables users to seamlessly transfer and settle BTC, ETH, and ERC-20 tokens. Assets are secured by Qredoâs advanced Gen 2.0 multi-party computation (MPC), which provides tier-1 bank security and institutional-grade governance.
Responsibilities
- Define our long-term sales strategy and brand partnership vision to make it an actionable roadmapÂ
- Build awareness and adoption of Qredo through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct salesÂ
- This role combines new business development and sales skills with ongoing relationship managementÂ
- Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term revenue growth and strategic partnershipsÂ
- Engage with senior advertiser executives to drive deal growthÂ
- Communicate effectively internally to coordinate resources and effectively sell our productÂ
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience in sales with a proven track record in both brand partnership and programmatic; crypto and blockchain experience is a solid assetÂ
- A sales leader: you have extensive connections in relevant industry with an outstanding track record in selling solutionsÂ
- A wide range of existing relationships and contacts with top-tier agenciesÂ
- A high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and driveÂ
- An expert in managing a portfolio of clients and understanding client’s business in a way that you can respond thoroughly and persuasively to the clientâs needs and questionsÂ
- Experience building initiatives from scratchÂ
