Human Resources Director (IT)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Director with experience in the IT field to lead our team and ensure that our human resource operations are running smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, retention, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures that align with the company’s mission and goals.
- Lead the recruitment process.
- Develop and oversee employee retention programs to ensure that we are attracting and retaining top talent.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Manage the benefits administration process, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
- Ensure that the company is in compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage the HR budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology field. Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in human resource management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement human resource policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
